What Personal Information About Customers Does AgileMind Gather?
The information we learn from users helps us personalize and continually improve your learning experience at Agile Mind. Here are the types of information we gather.
  • Information You Give Us: We receive and store information, like, for example, your experience with problem solving, based on what you choose to enter on our Web site. Users can choose not to provide certain information, but then you would not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, reporting performance to teachers and students, and communicating with you.
  • Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses ThinkFive.
  • E-mail Communications: Our mail system is completely self-contained and there is no access to it from outside the ThinkFive community.
  • Information from Other Sources: We receive information about you such as your enrollment in a class only from educators or student administrators.
What About Cookies?
  • Although cookies have broader use on the Internet, our cookie use is limited to maintaining your login record during the period of a single session.

However, disabling cookies will make it impossible for your ThinkFive services to operate.
Does Agile Mind Share the Information It Receives?
Information about our users is an important part of our service to you. We share user information only as described below.
  • Students, teachers, Research: It is against our policy to share information about you with any entity other than your teacher, your school, or, on an anonymous basis, with researchers whose work is dedicated to improving educational outcomes.
  • Agents: We employ other entities and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing payments, and providing customer service. They have access to no personal information of any kind.
  • Protection of Agile Mind and Others: We would release account and other information about a school but not an individual when release is required to comply with law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of ThinkFive, our users, or others.
