	Type your user ID
			You must be able to tell us your Agile Mind User ID
	Which hint did you choose when you enrolled?		--Select a hint question-- What is the name of your first pet? What is your mother's first name? What is your favorite sports team? What is your favorite food? What is your favorite kind of music? Who is your favorite performer?
	What answer did you provide?
			If you can provide the hint and your answer correctly, you will be given your password.
